目的分析2016年度重庆市江津区重点职业病分布特点,为制定重庆市江津区重点职业病的防治策略提供依据。方法利用国家职业病与职业卫生信息监测系统和重点职业病监测的工作报表收集资料,运用Excel表格建立资料数据库,对数据进行汇总、分析。结果江津区重点职业病危害企业的职业卫生现场检测率为27.63%,职业健康监护的检查率为25.22%;检查发现重点职业病70例,其中矽肺患者42例,噪声聋14例,陶工粉尘9例,苯中毒4例,煤工尘肺1例;疑似职业病7例,职业禁忌证10例。结论重庆市江津区职业卫生现场检测率低,职业健康检查率低;重点防控的职业病危害因素为矽尘、噪声和苯,监督部门应加强职业卫生现场检测和职业健康监护的监督管理,企业应加强防护设施和个人防护措施,重点职业病监测机构加强合作,提高业务水平。
Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of key occupational diseases in Jiangjin District of Chongqing Municipality in 2016 and provide evidences for the prevention and treatment of key occupational diseases in Jiangjin District of Chongqing Municipality. Methods The data collected from the working reports of the national occupational disease and occupational health information monitoring system and the key occupational disease monitoring were used. The database of data was established using Excel spreadsheet, and the data were summarized and analyzed. Results The occupational health examination rate was 27.63% and occupational health examination rate was 25.22% in key occupational hazards enterprises in Jiangjin district. 70 cases of key occupational diseases were found in examination, including 42 cases of silicosis patients, 14 cases of noise deafness, 9 cases of potter’s dust, 4 cases of benzene poisoning, coal workers pneumoconiosis 1 case; 7 cases of suspected occupational diseases, 10 cases of occupational contraindications. Conclusion The detection rate of occupational health in Jiangjin district of Chongqing is low and the occupational health check-up rate is low. The key risk factors of occupational diseases prevention and control are silica dust, noise and benzene. Supervision departments should strengthen the supervision and management of occupational health field testing and occupational health monitoring. Protective facilities and personal protective measures should be strengthened, and key occupational disease monitoring agencies should strengthen cooperation and raise their professional standards.
