目的探讨三维彩色多普勒超声成像技术在诊断膀胱恶性肿瘤中的应用价值。方法应用二维和三维彩色多普勒超声分别对经手术后病理证实的24例膀胱恶性肿瘤患者进行检查,观察肿瘤的数目、大小、形态、位置、肿瘤内部血流分布情况以及有无穿支样血流。结果三维彩色多普勒超声成像清晰,对24例41个肿瘤结节全部作出诊断(100%);二维彩色多普勒超声发现35个肿瘤结节(85.37%),二者差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。三维彩色多普勒超声显示肿瘤结节大多形态不规则,呈“菜花样”。肿瘤结节内部均见血流信号,其中26个肿瘤结节可见穿支样血流,10个较大肿块内部见杂乱的血管缠绕形成血管团,5个肿瘤结节仅在其基底部见少量血流。二维彩色多普勒超声显示肿瘤结节内部血流信号呈星点样、短棒样。结论三维彩色多普勒超声在显示肿瘤的外表形态、肿瘤数目、内部血流分布情况以及穿支样血流方面明显优于二维彩色多普勒超声,可以提供更多的诊断信息,值得进一步探讨研究。
Objective To investigate the value of three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of bladder cancer. Conclusion Three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound is superior to two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound in displaying the appearance of the tumor, the number of tumors, the distribution of internal blood flow and the perforation-like blood flow, which can provide more diagnostic information and is worth further Explore research.
