护理干预在呼吸内科住院患者生活质量中的临床应用研究

目的探讨护理干预在改善呼吸内科住院患者生活质量中的作用。方法选取在我科室进行住院治疗的呼吸内科疾病患者100例,入选患者应用随机数字表进行分组,分为两组,即观察组和对照组,每组组内50例患者。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上给予心理护理、饮食指导、运动干预和健康教育。结果观察组患者干预后的SAS、SDS评分均大幅降低,与对照组相比,P<0.05组间差异具有统计学意义。观察组患者疾病知识知晓率、自我保健意识及健康习惯养成率均显著高于对照组,P<0.05组间差异具有统计学意义。观察组患者干预后的日常活动、日常生活及健康状况等生活质量评分均得到了大幅度提高,与对照组相比,P<0.05组间差异具有统计学意义。结论对于呼吸内科住院患者在常规护理干预基础上对其实施心理护理、饮食指导、运动干预和健康教育干预,能够显著的改善患者的心理状况、疾病认知度、自我保健意识及健康习惯的培养,从而显著的提高患者的生活质量。 Objective To explore the role of nursing intervention in improving the quality of life of inpatients in respiratory medicine. Methods A total of 100 patients with respiratory diseases who were hospitalized in our department were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into two groups according to a random number table: observation group and control group, with 50 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. Patients in the observation group were given psychological care, dietary guidance, exercise intervention and health education. Results The scores of SAS and SDS after the intervention in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, P <0.05 was statistically significant. The awareness rate of disease knowledge, awareness of self-care and health habits in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, P <0.05 was statistically significant difference between groups. The daily activities, daily life and health status of the observation group patients after treatment were significantly improved, and the difference was significant compared with the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Psychological nursing, dietary guidance, exercise intervention and health education intervention can be significantly improved for inpatients in respiratory medicine based on routine nursing interventions, which can significantly improve the patient’s psychological status, disease awareness, self-care awareness and health habits training , Thus significantly improving the quality of life of patients.
