铝合金抑爆材料装入储存易燃、易爆的流体容器中后,可以在意外事故中防止容器发生爆炸。通过抑爆性能测定装置的测定,五二研究所研制的抑爆材料的抑爆性能已达到国外同类产品的水平。该材料仅占容器容积的1.1％左右,装入容器后便可长期使用,可应用于飞机,船舶、汽车油箱、油罐车,油罐、液化石油汽罐等领域。
Aluminum alloy explosion suppression materials stored in flammable and explosive fluid containers, containers can be prevented from accidental explosion. The explosion suppression performance of explosion suppression materials developed by the May-2 Research Institute has reached the level of the similar products abroad by the determination of explosion suppression performance measurement device. The material only accounts for about 1.1% of the container volume, can be used for a long time after being put into the container, and can be applied to the fields of aircraft, ship, automobile fuel tank, tank truck, oil tank and liquefied petroleum gas tank.
