The Soviet people under the leadership of the Communist Party have made tremendous achievements in the electrification of China. The amount of power generated by the Soviet Union has leapt to the second place from the fifteenth place in the world, ranking first in Europe, and it ranks first in the world in terms of the growth of power production and the speed with which new power generation capacity is put into production. Now, the electricity that we sent out in a day and a half has begun to implement the first year of the all-Russian electrification plan - more electricity will be generated from all power stations in the country in the year 1921.
