人工心脏起搏是用人造的脉冲电流刺激心脏,带动心搏,以维持或控制心脏节律或改善心脏的部分功能。为近30年来生物医学工程的一项伟大成就。据统计目前全世界安装起搏器的病人已达100万以上,仅美国每年安装就达10万人次左右,我国估计在1000人次/年。随着起搏器性能的改进,安装方法的简化,小儿先天性心脏病(下称先心病),尤其是复杂先心病外科广泛开展,传导系统损伤的病例逐渐增加,使得小儿心脏起搏治疗日益增多。本文就最近国外在小儿中应用情况予以综述。
Artificial heart pacing is the use of artificial pulse current to stimulate the heart, heartbeat to maintain or control the heart rhythm or improve some of the heart’s functions. For nearly 30 years of biomedical engineering, a great achievement. According to statistics, there are more than 1 million patients with pacemakers around the world, and the number of patients in the United States alone is about 100,000. The number of patients in our country is estimated at 1,000 person-years. With the improvement of pacemaker performance and the simplification of installation methods, children with congenital heart disease (hereinafter referred to as congenital heart disease), especially in complex congenital heart surgery are widely carried out, the conduction system injury cases are gradually increased, making pediatric cardiac pacing more and more increase. This article reviews recent applications in children in China.
