运用颗粒黏结建模思想构建矿石模型,以黏结键断裂现象描述矿石破碎,并应用于立磨机破碎仿真中。通过对立磨机结构参数及工作原理的分析,得出影响立磨机破碎效果的因素,并对这些参数的取值范围进行分析;同时针对上述参数设计单因素仿真试验与正交试验,对粉磨后的平均粒径进行筛分,分析结果得出立磨机在最佳破碎效果下的参数组合,验证了单因素仿真试验的准确性。
The ore model was constructed by using the idea of particle cementing modeling, and the fracture of the ore was described by the phenomenon of bond fracture. The method was applied to the crushing simulation of vertical mill. Through the analysis of the structure parameters and working principle of the counter mill, the factors influencing the breaking effect of the vertical mill are obtained, and the range of the values of these parameters is analyzed. Single factor simulation and orthogonal test are designed for the above parameters, After grinding, the average particle size was screened. The analysis results obtained the parameter combination of the vertical mill with the best crushing effect, and verified the accuracy of the single factor simulation test.
