钢铁作为大宗商品历来是物流业的主营业务。然而,随着金融危机的爆发,全球经济陷入低迷状态,中国经济增速也在放缓,致使钢铁产能过剩,市场需求骤减,融资困难,钢铁物流因此跌入低谷,企业挣扎在生死存亡线上。面对严峻的局面,钢铁物流企业在反思和探索中创新——整合钢铁物流产业链,运用电子商务实现网上交易,集钢铁信息、销售、仓储、加工、配送、包装于一体……新的经营模式在出现,新的组织形态在形成,钢铁物流朝着专业化、规模化、集约化、规范化和国际化的道路迈进;钢铁物流在创新中实现转型升级,在转型升级中绽放出新活力。在这一期“特别策划”栏目中,本刊记者就钢铁物流现状与发展等问题采写了一组文章,敬请读者关注。
