有效教学是素质教育的核心理念,教学的有效性是所有教育教学改革的共同追求,课程改革的首要目标就是提高教学的有效性。语文教师要不断地改进教法,进行课堂教学的有效提问,创设有效的课堂教学情境,实施有效的教学评价,真正把课堂教学改革落实到实处,使学生的个性在学习过程中得到发展。本文从融洽师生关系、准确把握教材、发挥榜样作用、进行巧妙点拨、优化作业设计五方面来谈谈对初中语文教学教学有效性的思考。
Effective teaching is the core concept of quality education. The effectiveness of teaching is the common pursuit of all education and teaching reform. The primary goal of curriculum reform is to improve the effectiveness of teaching. Language teachers should continue to improve the teaching of law, the effective teaching of classroom questions, create effective classroom teaching situations, the implementation of effective teaching evaluation, the real implementation of the teaching reform in the classroom, so that the personality of students in the learning process to be developed. This article discusses the effectiveness of teaching Chinese teaching in junior middle school from five aspects: the relationship between teachers and students, the accurate grasp of teaching materials, the role of role model, clever instruction, and optimization of homework design.
