中小学是培养强大体育后备人才的启蒙训练基地,通过课余体育训练,有计划,有目的地培养高水平运动员,对未来实现和保持竞技体育强国起着重要的作用。本人从事中小学体育工作多年,通过平时的业余训练,发现青少年短跑训练中协调放松能力的培养对短跑水平的提高起着非常关键的作用,本文就协调放松能力的问题谈谈自己的看法。一、基本训练方法1.放松弹性跑站立式起跑30~50米,中速跑动,中匀速跑,动作协调放松,脚前掌着地,跑时富有弹性,步长适中不宜过大。2.协调放松大步长跑动作协调放松,尤其是面部表情、颈部、肩部等保持自然。跑时上下肢摆动幅度大,重心高。随
