通过改变热处理工艺参数,研究了热处理工艺对27S iMn油缸组织和性能的影响。结果表明,经不同温度淬、回火后,沿缸体截面的硬度呈U形分布;缸体壁厚的中部区域组织为铁素体+珠光体;缸体壁厚的内、外表层组织为回火屈氏体/回火索氏体,860℃淬火后的组织同时有残留铁素体。860℃淬火530℃回火时的强韧性最佳。
By changing the parameters of heat treatment process, the effect of heat treatment process on the microstructure and properties of 27S iMn cylinder was studied. The results show that the hardness along the cross section of the cylinder is U-shaped after quenching and tempering at different temperatures. The middle region of the cylinder wall thickness is ferrite + pearlite. The inner and outer layers of the cylinder wall are Tempering troostite / tempered sorbite, 860 ℃ after quenching the organization of residual ferrite. 860 ℃ quenching 530 ℃ tempering the best toughness.
