在常规体育课中,一般都是教师组织学生进行准备活动,活动的方式多以慢跑热身、徒手操和注意力集中等方面的练习为主。总是运用这种准备活动方式会使学生感到乏味、单调,参与积极性降低,难于达到教学目标。本研究通过改变准备活动的教学方式,每节课安排学生轮流收发器材,轮值带器材的同学负责带领本班学生进行准备活动,活动的内容要求以游戏为主,游戏内容由负责同学在课下编排,并且要求游戏内容不得重复,从而调动学生的积极性,提高学生的注意力和创造能力,同时也试图通过这一活动提高学生的组织能力和语言表达能力。研究结果发现,学生的综合能力得到明显提高,自信心明显增强,值得推广和利用这种教学方式。
In the regular physical education class, the teacher organizes the students to prepare for the activities.
