大庆油田是中石油所属全国最大的油田,原油年产量达4000万吨,每年油田生产建设规模较大,基建项目成本近60%以上是物资材料,集中采购是国际公认的企业内部物资管理的模式,而招标谈判就是物资采购业务中最常见的商务活动之一,成功的招标谈判可以为企业节约采购成本,维护企业利益,满足生产建设所需的质高价廉产品。本文结合实际谈谈几种招标谈判技巧在物资采购中的应用。
