唐古特白刺是荒漠区生物治沙的主要造林树种之一,为了解决其种子繁殖子代分化变异大的问题,结合唐古特白刺特性,通过不同激素及不同浓度的处理,对其嫩枝扦插进行了试验。结果表明,不同浓度(100mg/l、250 mg/l、500 mg/l和750 mg/l)的5种激素(ABT、NAA、GA、IAA和IBA)均能提高扦插苗的成活率,其中,ABT250 mg/l组合成活率高达56.75%,效果最佳。4种浓度的平均成活率51.8%(GA)>48.7%(ABT)>44.5%(NAA)>41.6%(IAA)>41.3%(IBA)>36.8%(对照)。
In order to solve the problem of large variation of seed generation progeny in the desert area, the tanguticum tanguticum is one of the main afforestation species in desertification area. Based on the characteristics of the tanguticum tritici, through the treatment of different hormones and different concentrations, Cuttings were tested.
