详细分析热态调试期间稳压器压力闭环控制回路扰动试验结果。针对-0.1、+0.5、-0.5 MPa扰动试验过程中出现的不符合验收准则的问题,通过调节比例-积分-微分(PID)微分参数、通断加热器回差等手段优化压力控制回路,最终保证试验结果满足验收准则的要求。试验完成后,将红沿河核电厂1号机组试验结果与宁德核电厂、岭澳核电站机组试验结果进行比较。热态调试期间进行的稳压器压力闭环控制回路扰动试验,对后续临界前试验以及装料后至商业运行前的瞬态试验有着十分重要的意义。
The results of the disturbance test of the closed-loop control loop of pressure regulator in the hot-state debugging are analyzed in detail. Aiming at the problem of non-acceptance criteria that occurred during the disturbance test of -0.1, +0.5 and -0.5 MPa, the pressure control loop was optimized by adjusting proportional-integral-derivative (PID) differential parameters, Ensure that the test results meet the acceptance criteria requirements. After the test is completed, the test results of Unit 1 of Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Plant are compared with those of units of Ningde Nuclear Power Station and Ling’ao Nuclear Power Station. The closed-loop voltage control loop disturbance test of the regulator during thermal commissioning is of great significance to the subsequent pre-critical test and to the transient test after charging to commercial operation.
