本文着重探讨在采用酸碱失衡预计代偿公式的基础上,应用阴离子隙(AG)值判断慢性呼吸衰竭(呼衰)患者酸碱失衡类型的临床意义。 方法 109例慢性肺心病慢性呼衰急性加重期住院患者,同步测定动脉血气分析(pH,PaCO_2,HCO_3~-)血电解质(Na~+,K~+,Cl~-)及AG值者计318例次。将每次血气分析的结果按各型酸碱失衡预计代偿公式进行计算,并结合AG值和病史进行综合分析作出酸碱失衡类型的判断,并与单用预计代偿公式(不用AG)
This article focuses on the use of anion gap (AG) value to determine the clinical significance of the type of acid-base imbalance in patients with chronic respiratory failure (respiratory failure) based on the expected compensation formula of acid-base imbalance.
