本文以中国传统文化典型代表之一——茶文化作为切入点,在相关的对外汉语文化教学研究、教学设计研究以及茶文化研究的基础之上,阐述了茶文化课堂教学研究的目的、意义以及研究现状,找到了对外汉语文化教学中进行茶文化教学的理论依据。在此基础之上,通过对茶文化课堂教学中教学目的、教学要素、教学内容、教学原则以及教学方法的分析与研究,最后以《茶艺之基础泡茶程序》为例进行系统的实际课堂教学设计,形成了一篇对对外汉语专门性文化教学具有补充和完善意义的论文。
