目的 观察中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎效果.方法 将幽门螺杆菌阳性的慢性胃炎患者 1 30例分为 2组.对照组 60例用胶态次枸橼酸铋、甲硝唑、四环素治疗 ;治疗组 70例在对照组常规治疗基础上加用中药辨证分型治疗.结果 治疗组显效 50例 ,有效 1 7例 ,总有效率 95.7%;对照组显效、有效、总有效率分别为 2 8例、2 6例、90%. 2组总有效率无显著差异 ( P >0 .0 5) ,但显效率有显著差异 ( P“,”Objective To investigate the effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on chronic gastritis. Methods 120 patients with chronic gastritis with helicobacter pylorinfection were divided into two groups. In control group (n=60) Colloidal bismuth subcitrate, metronidazolum and tetracycline were orally taken, in treatment group (n=60) integration of traditional Chinese medicine and routine treatment was utilized. Results Although there is no difference between the total effective rate in both groups, significant effect rate in treatment group is higher than those in control. Conclusions Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine is more effective on the treatment of chronic gastritis than the treatment of Western Medicine.
