为了提高轨道交通系统的服务水平和安全可靠性,优化地铁应急资源的配资和布局,需要掌握非正常情况下地铁乘客的出行行为特征,准确预测异常发生后的网络客流重分布情况。本文首先分析了典型情况下地铁乘客可能的行为选择和出行流程,然后采用问卷调查和统计分析的方法,对苏州市轨道交通乘客的构成特征和故障应对行为特征进行了分析研究,接着通过相关性分析得出了影响乘客行为选择的主要因素,并依据数据的变化趋势定性描述了各因素的影响规律,其结果可供应急处置决策提供参考。
In order to improve the service level, safety and reliability of the rail transit system and optimize the allocation and layout of emergency resources for the subway, it is necessary to know the travel behavior characteristics of subway passengers under abnormal conditions and accurately predict the redistribution of network traffic after the abnormality. This paper first analyzes the possible behavior selection and travel flow of subway passengers under typical conditions, and then uses the methods of questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to analyze the constituent features and failure response behavior characteristics of Suzhou urban rail transit passengers. Then, The main factors influencing passenger behavior selection are analyzed, and the influence laws of various factors are qualitatively described according to the trend of data. The results can be used as a reference for emergency response decision.
