目的探讨缩醛磷脂染色对骨髓小巨核细胞的着色特点,明确缩醛磷脂染色在血液病诊断与鉴别诊断中的价值。方法新鲜涂片经2%HgCl2固定,Schiff试剂染色,亚硫酸盐水冲洗,Mayer苏木素液复染,油镜观察。结果骨髓涂片经缩醛磷脂染色,原始巨核细胞、幼稚巨核细胞、各种小巨核细胞、巨核细胞和血小板均为阳性。结论该染色对巨核细胞和血小板的鉴定具有特异性,是鉴别各种巨核细胞与其他骨髓细胞的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the colorimetric characteristics of plasmalogen in staining bone marrow megakaryocytes and to determine the value of plasmalogen staining in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of hematological diseases. Methods Fresh smear was fixed with 2% HgCl2, Schiff reagent staining, sulfite water washing, Mayer hematoxylin fluid counterstain, observed with oil microscope. RESULTS: Bone marrow smears were stained with plasmalogen and all of the original megakaryocytes, naive megakaryocytes, all small megakaryocytes, megakaryocytes and platelets were positive. Conclusion This staining is specific for the identification of megakaryocytes and platelets, and is an effective method to identify various megakaryocytes and other bone marrow cells.
