[目的]探讨Survivin、Fas在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理因素之间的关系。[方法]采用免疫组织化学SP法分别检测30例宫颈癌组织、25例宫颈上皮内瘤变组织、16例正常宫颈组织中Survivin、Fas的阳性表达情况,分析宫颈癌组织中Survivin、Fas的阳性表达与各临床病理因素之间的关系。[结果]Fas在正常宫颈组织中高表达,而在宫颈癌组织中低表达;Survivin在正常宫颈组织中不表达,而在宫颈癌组织中高表达;两者在宫颈不同病变中的表达差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Survivin的表达与宫颈癌临床分期有关;Fas的表达与病理分级、临床分期以及是否淋巴结转移有关。宫颈癌中Survivin和Fas的阳性表达呈负相关(r=-0.408,P=0.025)。[结论]Survivin高表达和Fas低表达可以引起细胞凋亡的抑制,在宫颈癌的发生发展中起一定作用。降低Survivin表达和提高Fas表达可望成为治疗宫颈癌的新靶点。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of Survivin and Fas in cervical cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological factors. [Methods] The positive expression of Survivin and Fas in 30 cases of cervical cancer, 25 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and 16 cases of normal cervical tissue were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. [Results] Fas was overexpressed in normal cervical tissues and low in cervical cancer tissues. Survivin was not expressed in normal cervical tissues but highly expressed in cervical cancer tissues. There was statistical difference between the two in different cervical lesions Significance (P <0.05). The expression of Survivin is related to the clinical stage of cervical cancer. The expression of Fas is related to the pathological grade, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis. The positive expression of Survivin and Fas in cervical cancer was negatively correlated (r = -0.408, P = 0.025). [Conclusion] The high expression of Survivin and the low expression of Fas can cause the apoptosis inhibition, and play a role in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer. Reducing Survivin expression and increasing Fas expression are expected to become a new target for the treatment of cervical cancer.
