地方党委对探索共产党执政规律肩负着义不容辞的责任。近年来,河南积极探索共产党执政规律,按照政治建设、经济建设、社会建设、文化建设、生态文明建设“五位一体”的总布局,着力打造富强河南、文明河南、平安河南、美丽河南,积极推进社会主义民主政治制度建设、加强和提高党的执政能力制度建设,使中原大地呈现出了加快崛起的良好态势。在探索党的执政规律的实践中,河南解决了地方党委执政活动中若干亟待回答的重大课题,积累了弥足珍贵的经验。河南的探索实践具有典型性和代表性。
