在相当长的一段发展时间当中,整个电力系统的员工职业有着较高的稳定性。从员工个体性发展的角度上来说,职业生涯的发展主要依托于工作岗位与职务的晋升。总体来看,电力系统人才职业发展的途径较为单一,人力资源无法通过用人分配机制达到良好的调动与激活,人才队伍的建设滞后于电力系统的建设发展速度,亟待改进。基于此,本文以电力系统人才队伍建设为研究对象,首先针对电力系统在人才队伍建设方面存在的主要问题进行了简要分析,进而指出了电力系统人才队伍建设策略,望引起各方关注与重视。
In quite a long period of development time, the entire power system staff career has a higher stability. From the individual point of view of staff development, career development relies mainly on the promotion of jobs and positions. Overall, there are only a single approach to the career development of power system personnel. Human resources can not be well mobilized and activated through the system of employment distribution. The construction of a contingent of qualified personnel lags behind that of the power system and is in urgent need of improvement. Based on this, this dissertation takes the construction of talent system in electric power system as the research object. At first, this paper briefly analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of talent system in power system, and then points out the strategy of building talent system in electric power system.
