从统计学随机性和动力学必然性的角度,通过对定向凝固界面形态演化过程的分析,结合现有的实验观察与已有的枝晶模型,采用统计学随机模拟的方法提出了一个在恒速定向凝固条件下列状晶生长一次枝晶间距的数值统计模型,模型所得数值结果与实验结果吻合得很好。
From the perspective of statistical randomness and kinetice necessity, through the analysis of morphological evolution process of directional solidification interface, combined with the existing experimental observation and the existing dendrite model, a statistical stochastic simulation method is proposed to obtain a constant velocity The numerical simulation model of the primary dendrite spacing for the following crystal growth under directional solidification condition is shown. The numerical results obtained by the model are in good agreement with the experimental results.
