所谓无公害蔬菜,是指应用微生物农药、农用抗菌素及高效低毒低残留的化学农药,结合农业、物理等综合植保措施防治蔬菜病虫害,使蔬菜中农药残留量低于国家规定的卫生标准的蔬菜。其实质,就是根据蔬菜生态系特点,充分发挥自然控制因子的作用,优先使用无公害农药,把害虫的种群数量控制在经济阈值以下,以较少的投资,生产出较多的无污染蔬菜供应市场。
