为了能在普通铣床上加工出符合高精度要求的齿条和槽,我们设计了横向进刀指示装置,来控制床头的横向位移。该装置的读数值可精确到0.01和0.001mm,根据需要可选用 1%和1‰的千分表。结构形式如图所示。把千分表装在千分表支架上,由浪花螺母固定在托架上,而后装在铁床身上,当松开滚花螺母时,千分表支架能在托架上的T型槽中左右移动。千分尺螺纹测杆通过千分尺测杆支架固定在铣床床头上(横向移动部)。使千分尺测杆和千分表的测头对齐在一个水平线上。使用方法: 铣齿条时,把千分尺测杆和千分表测头接触上,调整千分尺测杆,使千分表指示在零的位置。铣第二齿时,按千分表指示进刀,当连续铣数个齿后千分表
