4月7日下午,厅党组书记、厅长林旭钿听取省三防办工作汇报,研究部署今年三防工作。副厅长邱德华参加了会议并对近期三防办工作提出了很好的意见。林旭钿充分肯定了省三防办的工作成效,他说,近年来,在省委、省政府和国家防总的坚强领导及有关部门的支持下,我省三防工作在科学化、信息化、专业化、规范化建设等方面成效显著,为我省防灾减灾工作打下了坚实基础。省三防办注重发挥省三防成员单位作用,加强对外协调;注重与邻省沟通,建立防汛合作机制;注重人才队伍建设,省三防办自身建设进一步加强。
