2001年12月28日至30日 ,第十次全国高校党建工作会议在北京举行 ,中共中央政治局常委、国务院副总理李岚清到会发表重要讲话。教育部党组书记、部长陈至立代表中组部、中宣部和教育部党组作了会议主报告。会议期间 ,上海市教育工委、清华大学等十家单位介绍了做好高校党建工作的经验。这次会议对于总结全国高校党建和思想政治工作的成功经验 ,进一步加强和改进高校党的作风建设、全面推进我国高等教育的改革和发展将具有重要意义。经有关方面同意 ,现将与高校思想政治教育工作有关的经验材料摘编选登如下。
From December 28 to December 30, 2001, the 10th National Conference on Party Building in Colleges and Universities was held in Beijing. Li Lanqing, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, delivered an important speech here. Chen Zhili, party secretary and minister of the Ministry of Education, made the main report on behalf of the Central Organization Department, the Central Propaganda Department and the Ministry of Education’s party group. During the meeting, Shanghai Education Commission, Tsinghua University and other ten units introduced the party building experience in doing well. This meeting will be of great significance to summing up the successful experiences of party building and ideological and political work in higher education institutions throughout the country, further strengthening and improving the party’s work style in colleges and universities, and comprehensively promoting the reform and development of our higher education. With the consent of the parties concerned, the excerpts of experience materials related to the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities are now selected as follows.
