以黑荆树枝桠材为主要原料栽培香菇,在栽培的不同阶段分析测定培养物的主要化学组成和单宁的变化。试验结果表明,香菇有一定消耗利用栽培基质的能力,菌丝长透至现蕾干物质消耗达45%,三种有机组分均被降解,降解有机物质趋向与其它阔叶树种栽培降解规律相同。单宁在生长过程不被香菇菌丝所吸收,其变化与香菇菌丝生长关系不大,证实了黑荆枝桠适合为栽培香菇的原料。
Mushrooms were cultivated with the branches of black wattle as the main raw material, and the main chemical composition and the change of tannin in the culture were analyzed and determined at different stages of cultivation. The results showed that the consumption of Mushrooms had a certain ability to use the cultivation medium, mycelium long penetration to the bud squared dry matter consumption up to 45%, three organic components are degraded, degradation of organic matter trends and other broad-leaved tree cultivation and degradation of the same law. The growth process of tannin is not absorbed by the mycelium of the mushrooms, and the change has little to do with the growth of the mycelium of the mushrooms. It proves that the black Jingzhi is suitable for the cultivation of shiitake mushrooms.
