目的:探讨产细胞毒素幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与慢性萎缩性胃炎肠化生之间的关系.方法:测定180例伴幽门螺杆菌感染的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的抗Hp细胞毒素相关蛋白A免疫球蛋白G(CagAHp－IgG),并将结果与胃黏膜肠化生程度进行比较.结果:单纯萎缩性胃炎40例中,CagAHp－IgG阳性12例,占30％,萎缩伴轻度肠化生90例中阳性61例占68％;萎缩件中度肠化生38例中阳性28例占74％;萎缩伴重度肠化生12例中阳性10例占83％.结论:随着萎缩性胃炎肠化生程度的加重,CagAHp－IgG检出率也增加,提示产细胞毒素幽门螺杆菌感染与胃黏膜肠化生有一定关系.“,”Objective: To investigate the relationship between the infection of cell-toxin producing HelicobacterPylori (Hp) and intestinal metaplasia in chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods: Antibodies of cell-toxin producing Hp(CagAHp-IgG) in 180 patients of chronic atrophic gastritis accompained by Hp infection were examined and comparedthe results with the level of intestinal metaplasia in stomach mucosa. Results: 12 out of 40 patients with simple atrophic gastritis were found positive in CagAHp-IgG, accounting for 30 percent. Among the 90 patients of atrophicgastritis with mild intestinal metaplasia, sixty-one were found positive, accounting for 68 percent. Among the 38 patients with moderate intestinal metaplasia, twenty-eight were found positive, accounting for 74 percent. Among the12 patients with severe intestinal metaplasia, ten were found positive, accounting for 83 percent. Conclusion: Withincreasing severity of intestinal metaplasia in chronic atrophic gastritis; the positive rate of CagAHp-IgG also increases. It is suggested that there is association between the infection of cell-toxin producing Hp and intestinal metaplasiaof stomach mucosa.
