《会计法》公布后,有不少企业的领导人主动学习和遵守《会计法》,改变他们过去对会计的偏见。但是也有许多乡镇企业的领导人不重视会计工作。他们认为办企业只要有领导、有工人、有资金就可赚钱,要不要会计不要紧,或者认为不管什么人当会计都行,还有的甚至无理压制、打击和排斥能坚持原则的会计人员。我县有个区有33个企业,就有32个没有配会计,全县312个区乡级企业,实际只有会计147人,加之会计人员工资低,任务重,工作又没有保障(随时有更换的可能),致使一些会计人员不安心工作,不敢坚持制度,只是看领导人的脸色行事。
