本文针对新世纪水务管理工作的目标、任务,就水文水资源实验站网建设的必要性进行了阐述,对站网建设规划提出了几点建议。
In view of the goals and tasks of water management in the new century, this paper elaborates the necessity of the construction of experimental station network of hydrology and water resources, and puts forward some suggestions on the construction and planning of station network.
