本文介绍了液态挤压工艺,并着重探讨了液态挤压对ZnA113Cu2合金组织和性能的影响。经液态挤压后,该合金的各项性能指标及耐磨性均有较大提高;组织属明显纤维状;断口由脆性转变为韧性,说明液态挤压是一种有发展前途的工艺方法。
This paper introduces the liquid extrusion process, and focuses on the liquid extrusion on the microstructure and properties of ZnA113Cu2 alloy. After liquid extrusion, the performance of the alloy and wear resistance are greatly improved; organization is obviously fibrous; fracture brittle transition to toughness, liquid extrusion is a promising process.
