以苏州某工程为实例,通过在转换构件内布设钢筋测力计,现场量测钢筋的应力、应变情况,并对施工全过程进行跟踪;采用ANSYS进行分层加载模拟计算并与实测结果进行对比分析,对有限元分析和设计的安全性、可靠性、正确性进行评价。箱形转换构件的现场实测在国内尚属首例,可为今后类似工程设计提供借鉴,为完善相关设计规范提供部分理论依据。
Taking a project in Suzhou as an example, the steel bar dynamometer is deployed in the conversion component to measure the stress and strain of the steel bar on site and track the whole construction process. The stratified loading simulation is carried out by ANSYS and compared with the measured results Analyze and evaluate the safety, reliability and correctness of the finite element analysis and design. Field measurement of box-shaped conversion components is the first case in China, which can provide reference for similar engineering design in the future and provide some theoretical basis for improving relevant design specifications.
