规划监察是规划管理工作的重要组成部分,是针对各类违法建设行为的巡查及管理工作。在实际工作中,常有因对违法事实发现不及时而导致的一系列城市问题。为更大程度地提高规划监察效率,本文在规划监察工作的每一个环节都采用信息化手段渗入,从举报来源、实时性监控、覆盖面、处理方式等多个视角真正将“天上看、地上查、网上管”三种模式集成于规划监察执法平台,同时对该平台的构建与实现进行浅显地研究和说明,预示着该平台与规划辅助决策系统的融合迈进了更有意义的一步。
Planning and supervision is an important part of planning and management work, it is for all types of illegal construction activities inspection and management. In actual work, there are often a series of urban problems caused by the untimely discovery of illegal facts. In order to improve the efficiency of planning and supervising to a greater extent, this paper uses information technology to infiltrate every aspect of planning and supervision. From the perspectives of reporting sources, real-time monitoring, coverage and handling methods, Investigation and online management "are integrated into the planning and monitoring law enforcement platform. At the same time, the research on the construction and implementation of the platform is plainly studied and illustrated, which indicates that the integration of the platform and the planning-aided decision-making system has taken a more meaningful step.
