高尔夫方向学生球童岗位服务技能的实践创新研究

本文通过对在校高尔夫方向学生球童进行问卷调查同时对球会管理层和部分执行层进行了访谈,从而深度了解球会学生球童从业人员的具体状况,发现高尔夫方向学生步入球会实践阶段问题频出,集中表现为团队意识薄弱,流动性极大,普遍缺乏职业归属感等问题。本文针对问题进行简要分析,拟从球童基础知识的学习到实践能力的培养各环节强化球童的各项服务技能,将专业理论知识运用到实践中并指导实践,融高尔夫运动技术知识、心理学、规则礼仪、术语词汇于球童服务过程中去,提升高校高尔夫方向人才输出的品质,创新球童岗位服务技能,以达到打造高端球童服务队伍的目的。 In this paper, a questionnaire survey was conducted on caddies of golf students in the school and interviews were conducted with the management of the club and some executive layers to deeply understand the actual situation of the caddies of caddies and to find out the practice of golf into the club Frequent problems in the stage, focusing on the performance of the team awareness of the great mobility of the general lack of professionalism and other issues.
