吡啶偶氮类试剂与钒和过氧化氢三元络合物的显色反应已研究过若干体系,具有较高的灵敏度和选择性。2-(3,5-二溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚(简称3,5-Br_2-PADAP)与钒的二元体系显色反应已被研究过,选择性不高。本文研究了3,5-Br_2-PADAP-H_2O_2-V在磷酸介质中显色反应的条件、干扰离子、络合物组成和萃取富集等,发现该体系县有较高的选择性,不经分离可在水相或有机相直接测定钒,低限可达ppm级。一试剂钒标准溶液:称取偏钒酸铵1.170克配成一升溶液,用硫酸亚铁标定,含钒0.495mg·ml~(-1)。按需要
The chromogenic reaction of pyridine azo reagents with vanadium and hydrogen peroxide ternary complexes has been studied in several systems with high sensitivity and selectivity. The colorimetric reaction of 2- (3,5-dibromo-2-pyridylazo) -5-diethylaminophenol (referred to as 3,5-Br_2-PADAP) with vanadium has been studied, with selectivity not high.
