[目的]探讨近视程度与白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术后眼压变化的相关性。[方法]将115例(130只眼)接受超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗的老年性白内障患者按眼轴长度分成非近视组(NM组)、低度近视组(LM组)和高度近视组(HM组),分别检测3组术前、术后4 h、8 h、12 h、24 h、48 h、72 h眼压并进行统计学分析。[结果]3组术后4h时眼压值均较术前轻度升高,至8h时差异已有显著性(P <0.05),12 h时眼压值开始回落,24 h时 NM 组和 LM 组眼压值已接近术前水平,且差异无显著性( P >0.05),而HM组仍明显高于术前水平,差异有显著性(P <0.05)。HM组术后8h、12h、24h眼压均显著高于NM组和LM组,差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05),而NM 组和LM组各时间点眼压比较差异均无显著性( P >0.05)。LM组、HM组术后8 h、12 h眼压与术前眼压均呈显著正相关(LM 组:r8h =0.48,P =0.021, r12h =0.42,P =0.025;HM组:r8h=0.52,P =0.018,r12h =0.49,P =0.020)。此外,HM组术后24 h眼压与术前眼压亦呈显著正相关(r24h =0.61,P=0.015)。[结论]近视程度与白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术后眼压变化存在明显相关性,近视程度越高及术前眼压越高者,术后早期眼压越容易升高。“,”[Objective] To explore the correlation between myopia degree and the change of intraocular pressure(IOP) after phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens (IOL ) implantation .[Methods] Ac-cording to the axial length of the eyes ,115 cases of senile cataract (130 eyes) treated with phacoemulsification plus IOL implantation were divided into non-myopia group(group NM) ,low myopia group(group LM) and high myopia group(HM group) .IOP of 3 groups before operation ,4h ,8h ,12h ,48h and 7h after operation were detected and statistically analyzed .[Results]Compared with before operation ,IOP of 3 groups 4h after operation were mildly elevated ,and there was significant difference at 8h after operation( P0 .05) .IOP of group HM was still higher than that before operation ,and there was significant difference( P <0 .05) .IOP of HM group at 8h ,12h and 24h after operation were markedly higher than those in group NM and group LM group ,and there were significant differences ( P 0 .05) .IOP of group LM and group HM at 8h and 12h after operation had significantly positive correlation with IOP before opera-tion(LM group:r8h=0 .48 ,P =0 .021 ,r12h =0 .42 ,P =0 .025;HM group:r8h =0 .52 ,P =0 .018 ,r12h =0 .49 ,P=0 .020) .In addition ,IOP of group HM at 24h after operation also had significantly positive correla-tion with IOP before operation(r24h =0 .61 ,P =0 .015) .[Conclusion] The degree of myopia is obviously cor-related to the changes of IOP after phacoemulsification plus IOL implantation .The higher the degree of myopia is ,the higher the preoperative IOP has .The early IOP after operation increases more easily .
