本文结合劳动力流动的宏观数据,概括了各个时期劳动力流动的过程及其阶段性特征,归纳总结了各个阶段劳动力流动对农业发展的影响及其作用机制.研究结果认为农村劳动力流动特征的变化推动了农业生产方式、产出结构的变革,提升了农业技术和效率,对农业向产业化方向发展起到至关重要的作用.
