Everyone knows the saying that “life is movement”, but we do not know that life first lies in “reasonable nutrition.” Reasonable nutrition and balanced diet are the material basis for the existence of life. Neglecting reasonable nutrition and health care is an important reason that causes aging and accelerates aging.
