在传统硫酸电解液和添加宽温剂的硫酸电解液中对不含La和La含量为0.2%的6063铝合金进行阳极氧化,系统地研究了宽温剂加入量、电流密度和氧化温度对膜层厚度和显微硬度的影响。结果表明:加入宽温剂后阳极氧化可以采用高电流密度和较高温度,所得氧化膜的厚度和显微硬度也较好,宽温剂含量以8 g/L为好;La含量为0.2%的6063铝合金比不含La的合金在同样的硫酸电解液中生成的氧化膜层厚度和显微硬度要好。
