新媒体环境下,共青团的工作发生较大的变化,不仅工作环境发生变化,工作内容以及形式也发生较大的变化,共青团传统的工作模式已经适应不了新环境下共青团的发展,传统模式对共青团的发展也产生较大的冲击,在这种情况下,要创新共青团的工作模式,以便应对各种冲击。文章主要对新媒体背景下的共青团创新工作进行分析,研究新媒体环境下,共青团工作迎接的挑战以及基于,并系统分析共青团工作创新的对策,提高共青团的工作效率。
