1987年以来,我院在加强基础质量基本设施、基本技能和医德医风建设的同时,制定了综合目标管理及质量达标管理的规划。为了保证规划的全面落实,还制定了一系列奖惩配套措施,实行综合目标承包责任制,把任务、质量指标及经济指标结合在一起对承包科室全面考评与工资、奖金、聘任、晋升挂钩。实旌以来,促进了医疗质量和技术水平的提高,各项医疗技术指标达到建院以来历史最好水平。1990年11月经四川省综合医院分级管理评审
Since 1987, our institute has established plans for comprehensive target management and quality compliance management while strengthening basic quality infrastructure, basic skills, and medical ethics. In order to ensure the full implementation of the plan, a series of measures for rewards and punishments have also been formulated, a comprehensive target contract responsibility system has been implemented, and tasks, quality indicators and economic indicators have been combined to link the comprehensive evaluation of contracting departments with wages, bonuses, appointments and promotions. Since the actual implementation, it has promoted the improvement of the quality of medical care and the level of technology. The various medical technology indicators have reached the best level since the establishment of the hospital. In November 1990, it was evaluated by the classification management of Sichuan General Hospital.
