本文研究了含碳(1—10)wt%的Na-β(β″)-Al_2O_3,指出含碳6wt%以下仍是良好的快离子导体,而且由于混入了碳,离子电导率比纯的Na-β(β″)-Al_2O_3提高一到两个数量级。样品的体电阻,晶界电阻,双电层电容及其漏电阻等参量都随含碳量的不同而变化。文中详细地讨论了碳的影响。在-40℃到80℃温度范围测量了纯样品与含碳样品的电导温度特性,指出含碳的Na-β(β″)-Al_2O_3 是做双电层电容器的良好材料。
In this paper, the Na-β (β “) - Al_2O_3 containing carbon (1-10) wt% was investigated. It is pointed out that the carbon-containing precursor is still a good fast ionic conductor with less than 6 wt% carbon. -β (β ”) - Al 2 O 3 increased by one or two orders of magnitude. Sample body resistance, grain boundary resistance, electric double layer capacitance and leakage resistance and other parameters vary with the carbon content. The paper discusses the impact of carbon in detail. The conductance temperature characteristics of pure sample and carbon-containing sample were measured in the temperature range from -40 ℃ to 80 ℃. It is pointed out that Na-β (β ") - Al_2O_3 containing carbon is a good material for electric double layer capacitors.
