作者对噪声对纺织女工心血管功能的影响进行了调查。选择158名就业前无心脏疾患的纺织女工作为噪声组,女工脱离噪声12h 后,用日产6511型心电图机做常规9导联心电图检查。选择条件基本相同,无心脏疾患的非噪声作业女工105名为对照组,两组平均年龄差异无显著性(P>0.05)。噪声组心电图异常58人次,阳性率36.71%。对照组心电图异常9人次,阳性率8.57%。两组比较差异显著(X~2=26.30,P<0.01)。工龄~10年组(阳性率49.12%)和~15年组(阳性率42.11%)均比~5年组(阳性率27.83%)高,~10年组和~5年组相比差异显著(X~2=5.97,P<0.05),而~15年组虽比~5年组高,但差异无显著性。~5年组心电图异常以窦性心动过缓、传导阻滞为主,~10年组和~15年组 ST-T 改变的阳性分别为5.26%和15.78%。其中~5年组和~15年组比较差异显著(X~2=4.96,P<0.05)。~20岁,~30岁和
The author investigated the impact of noise on the cardiovascular function of women textile workers. Select 158 women without heart disease before employment as a noise group of women, workers from the noise 12h, Nissan 6511 type ECG machine to do conventional 9 lead ECG. There were 105 non-noise-based female workers with similar basic conditions and no heart disease as the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the average age (P> 0.05). Electrocardiogram abnormalities in the noise group of 58 people, the positive rate of 36.71%. Control group abnormal ECG 9 people, the positive rate of 8.57%. The difference between the two groups was significant (X ~ 2 = 26.30, P <0.01). There was a significant difference between the 10-year and 5-year groups in the length of service ~ 10 years (positive rate was 49.12%) and ~ 15 years (positive rate was 42.11%) than in the ~ 5 year group (positive rate was 27.83% X ~ 2 = 5.97, P <0.05), while the difference was not significant in ~ 15 years group than in ~ 5 years group. The electrocardiographic abnormalities in ~ 5 years group were mainly sinus bradycardia and conduction block.
