随着通信技术的不断发展,目前大多数电话局的交换机都是数字程控交换机。这些交换机有许多新的服务功能,充分利用这些功能,可为我们的工作和生活带来很大的方便,且能减少交换机的无效接续和重复呼叫。要想利用这些新服务功能,程控电话用户只要向有关电信部门提出申请即可(有些功能是免费的,有些功能是收费的)。本文简要介绍数字程控交换机常用的几种新服务功能及其使用方法。
With the continuous development of communication technology, most PBX switches are digital program-controlled switches. These switches have many new service features, take full advantage of these features, can bring great convenience to our work and life, and can reduce the switch invalid connection and repeat calls. To take advantage of these new service features, program-controlled phone users simply apply to the telecommunications department concerned (some are free and some are free). This article briefly introduces the digital program-controlled switchboard commonly used several new service functions and their use.
