我厂是1958年由年产3000吨规模发展到目前年生产能力12万吨的水泥厂。拥有四磨两窑,年耗标准煤2.29万吨,耗电963万度,是个耗能大户。近几年来,我厂采取了一系列节能措施,取得了成效。吨熟料标准煤耗由1981年的164.3公斤下降到1985年的136.37公斤,吨水泥综合电耗由1981年的75.36度下降到1985年的72.10度。利用余热发电量由1984年的112.17万度增加到1985年的287.17万度。煤电两耗成本占总成本的比例由过去的43%逐年下降为27.45%。
Our factory is a cement plant with an annual output of 3,000 tons from the scale of 1958 to the current annual production capacity of 120,000 tons. With four mills and two kilns, annual consumption of 22,900 tons of standard coal, power consumption of 9.63 million degrees, is a large energy consumer. In recent years, our factory has adopted a series of energy-saving measures and achieved results. The standard coal consumption per ton of clinker dropped from 164.3 kg in 1981 to 136.37 kg in 1985, and the integrated power consumption per ton of cement decreased from 75.36 in 1981 to 72.10 in 1985. The amount of power generated by utilizing waste heat increased from 1,121,700 degrees in 1984 to 2,871,700 degrees in 1985. The proportion of the cost of coal-fired power consumption to total cost has dropped from the previous 43% to 27.45% year-on-year.
