对养血软坚方中白芍、秦艽等药进行薄层定性鉴别，并用高效液相色谱法测定白芍中的芍药甙和秦艽中的龙胆苦甙含量，操作简便，重现性好。芍药甙回收率为１０１．９％，ＲＳＤ为０．７４／；龙胆苦甙回收率为９８．２３％，ＲＳＤ为２．０３％。
The thin-layer qualitative identification of the medicinal herbs such as Yangxue Ruanjian Baibai and Gentiana were made, and the content of gentian buckwheat in the peony peony and Gentiana were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The operation was simple and the reproducibility was good. The recovery rate of peony peony was 101.9%, RSD was 0.74/; the recovery rate of gentian buckwheat was 98.23%, RSD was 2.03%.
