随着我国人民生活水平的提高,孕期营养的加强,巨大胎儿(出生体重≥4000g)发生率呈逐年上升趋势.特别提出的是非糖尿病母亲,巨大胎儿的发生率也呈逐步上升趋势,巨大胎儿在妊娠和分娩过程中均会引起相应的并发症,严重威胁孕产妇和新生儿的安全和健康.
