当前,我国已加入WTO,不少外国企业将涌入中国市场,国有企业不仅要同国内的民营企业、国有企业之间进行竞争,而且还要同国外同行进行竞争。这就要求国有企业要不断提高服务质量,建立一批高素质的从业人员,加强企业人力资源的管理,使企业能适应更加广泛、更加激烈的竞争。笔者就人力资源管理存在的不合理现象,提出人力资源管理的几个关键性问题。
At present, China has acceded to the WTO and many foreign enterprises will pour into the Chinese market. The state-owned enterprises should not only compete with the domestic private-owned enterprises and state-owned enterprises, but also compete with their foreign counterparts. This requires that state-owned enterprises should continue to improve the quality of service, establish a group of highly qualified employees, and strengthen the management of enterprise human resources, so that enterprises can adapt to broader and more intense competition. The author of the unreasonable phenomenon of human resource management, proposed several key issues of human resource management.
